She works as an Executive Director for an award-winning Prime Contractor who services the City of Houston and surrounding areas.  With a proven track record of driving strategic growth and operational excellence, she oversees all aspects of the firm's operations, from project management to business development. 1n 2016, she assisted her firm in being awarded City of Houston's Prime Contractor of the Year. 

She specializes in building strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors and her hands on approach has assisted in establishing a reputation of delivering high quality projects on time and within budget.
